Introduction to Natural Gas Sand (Sand) Drying Machine
The so-called natural gas sand (sand) dryer is an efficient dryer equipment with three layers of insulation effect and a circulating self insulation structure. Special thermal design concept, eliminating wind tunnel heat loss, increasing heat exchange area and unit volume evaporation intensity, with excellent energy-saving effect. In line with the international policy of creating an environmentally friendly and resource-saving society, it is an environmentally friendly and energy-saving product that replaces traditional drying equipment.
Scope of application of natural gas sand (sand) dryer
This equipment is used for drying raw materials such as yellow sand, river sand, quartz sand, slag, clay, etc. It is widely used in industries such as building materials, chemicals, and casting, and can adapt to various fuels such as coal, oil, and gas.
Working principle of natural gas sand (sand) dryer
Sand is transported to the hopper by a belt conveyor or bucket elevator, and then enters the feeding end through the feeding pipeline through the feeding machine of the hopper. The slope of the feeding pipeline should be greater than the natural inclination angle of the material, so that the material can flow smoothly into the sand dryer. The dryer cylinder is a rotating cylinder slightly inclined from the horizontal line. The material is added from the higher end, and the heat carrier enters from the lower end, coming into counter current contact with the material. There are also cases where the heat carrier and the material flow together into the cylinder. As the cylinder rotates, the material moves to the lower end under the action of gravity. During the forward movement of the wet material inside the cylinder, it directly or indirectly receives heat from the heat carrier, allowing the wet material to dry, and then is sent out through a belt conveyor or screw conveyor at the discharge end.
Performance characteristics of natural gas sand (sand) dryer
1. The equipment investment is 20% of the imported products from abroad, and it is made of wear-resistant manganese plate, which is 3-4 times more wear-resistant than ordinary steel plate.
2. Natural gas as a clean energy source is relatively inexpensive.
3. Reduce the footprint by about 60% compared to a single drum dryer. Reduce civil engineering investment by about 60% and facilitate installation.
4. No air leakage phenomenon, completely solving the sealing difficulty.
5. If the discharge temperature is ≤ 60 degrees, it can be directly fed into the material warehouse without the need for cooling in the cooling shed.
6. Outer cylinder temperature ≤ 60 degrees, exhaust gas temperature.
